1. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

• Users may subscribe to QREasy Premium for enhanced features, including unlimited scans, detailed product information, and an ad-free experience.

2. PRICING POLICY

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice. We occasionally offer promotional pricing for limited-time purchases during specific promotional periods. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these events, we cannot provide price adjustments, retroactive discounts, or refunds for purchases made before such promotions.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and for the same duration as the original package (monthly or yearly) unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, at the cost of the chosen subscription package.

4. MANAGING SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions can be managed by users, and auto-renewal can be disabled through the user’s iTunes Account Settings.
• No cancellations of the current subscription are allowed during the active subscription period.

5. SERVICE USAGE

• The subscription allows users access to premium features such as unlimited QR scans and detailed product information for the subscription duration.
• Access to premium features is strictly tied to the active subscription period and cannot be extended beyond the cancellation date.

6. REFUND POLICY

• Refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided unless required by applicable law.

7. DISCLAIMER

• QREasy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the service without prior notice.
• While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access to the service, QREasy is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical issues or maintenance.

8. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

• By using QREasy, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

• These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed.
